3. Case Submission and Assessment
Submitting a case enquiry through our website does not create a contractual relationship or guarantee that we will accept your case. Following your submission:

- We will contact you to discuss your case and request additional information where needed
- We reserve the right to decline cases at our sole discretion
- A formal engagement agreement must be signed before any recovery work begins
4. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is based on successful recovery:
- There are no upfront fees for our services
- Our fee is a percentage of the funds we successfully recover on your behalf
- The specific fee percentage will be agreed and documented in your engagement agreement
- All fees are paid from recovered funds before disbursement to you
- If we do not recover any funds, you owe us no fee
Specific fee arrangements, including any expenses that may be billed separately, will be fully disclosed in your engagement agreement before any work begins.
5. No Guarantee of Recovery
We cannot and do not guarantee recovery in any case. The outcome of any case depends on numerous factors outside our control, including the jurisdiction of the fraudsters, the time elapsed since the fraud, the availability of assets, and the cooperation of financial institutions and law enforcement.
Any fees are explained and agreed with you in advance, and we acknowledge that not every case can be resolved successfully.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your case
- Cooperate fully with our team and provide documentation as requested
- Notify us promptly of any changes in circumstances relevant to your case
- Not take any unilateral action that may prejudice the recovery process without our prior consent
- Keep confidential any strategy, investigation methods or information shared with you as part of our services
- Not contact the fraudsters or make public statements about your case without consulting us
7. Confidentiality
All information shared between you and WiseLegal Group Ltd is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or case details to third parties except as required by law, for the purpose of pursuing your recovery, or with your explicit consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of WiseLegal Group Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
